i also never donate b4but I got a letter saying that there is a blood donate session at Salem Church Hall at St Georges Road on the 26th Nov.or u can check on www.blood.co.uku know where else to donate?

There is a shop for blood donation in the high street.. and that reminded me and encouraged me:)But I am really scared though... D said normally they will take one pint... that is really alot... I wonder how long it take... and how pain it is...
not pain at all, very fast over, u'll feel great after that :) Believe me or not, try it yourself
