Gosh...

Yesterday... whole day...

I kept looking at my phone...

But I wasn't waiting for Eddie's message!

I was waiting for an unknown caller!!!

And at 1pm!!!

An unknown caller called!

But I couldn't pick up!

One is... I wasn't in a situation that I could pick up phone!

Second is... I wasn't confident to pick up that call...

Normally I will get a voice mail if I missed that call...

But I didn't!!!!

Gosh!!! Help me!!!

I was so so so panic!!

Where is my voice mail!

Double and triple check again! No leh....

Worried... worried and worried....

Alan told me... like what the old days said...

if they called you at 1 means it gonna be fun...

At the end... he said he made that up...

Thought he will call again at 5pm...

But he didn't....

Ok...

Today... decide to pick up the call no matter what!!!

But!! I missed the first call again!!!

And the second 1 I totally no idea when he called!

But!!! I have a voice mail!!!

Listened it...

Basically... he said... the interviewers said I am the front runner for them... and they gonna meet another person this afternoon and probably tomorrow they will let me know whether I will get the offer or not...

Ok....

Alan said... What he said probably isn't 100% trust-able...

He might made that up....

I wasn't too confident this time...

I felt my visa might be a drop back point...

Well... we will never know... until the result is out!

There are 2 interviewer today!!!

Gosh! First time have an interview with 2 interviewer...

Luckily that I understand them well and today my tough didn't get stuck half way :)

They asked lots of question though!!! Lots of them...

I was wondering... when is my turn to ask them question leh...

as I am going for an interview with no vacancy... weird...

They offer good training though!!!

They will reimburse all my tuition fees and annual professional subscription fees!! which is superb!!! I could save up to £4,000!!!

And I can take off to go for classes!!! WAO!!!!

That would be marvellous and I will have extra holiday for study leave!!!

Didn't talk about my visa thingy though!!!

That is the only thing that I worry about :(

Hopefully they wouldn't mind that I got only 1 year left to remain in UK...

But I am sure the agent would have already told them about my case...

They rejected me...

The email stated... "the primary reason for not taking your application forward was your academic performance"

Gosh... I felt like crying when I read that...

Academic performance?

My results are not strong enough???

What they expect then?

I got first class in my degree and High Distinction in my Foundation!

That is the highest I can get!!

Maybe... I expected too much...

I thought at least I will be selected into short-listed list...

That's why I was over reacted...

Anyway... I send them an email...

See what they will reply then...

They were asking for my SPM results and UEC results...

They are really pro... They even know the name!

Students in Chinese independent high schools take standardized tests known as the Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) at the end of Junior Middle 3 and Senior Middle 3.

I am so lucky! Cause I didnt take UEC in Senior Middle 3 because I left school after finish SPM!

If not.. I got no idea how am I gonna take an overall mark of at least 75% in UEC! That is so difficult!

HAPPY!! It actually arrived my house on the 18th Nov... and 18th Dec I only found that at the corner of the living room's desk! Ruby received d forget to give it to me... but nvm:) at least I still found it:) Happy! Mark is the nicest manager in the world... even though I leave Xerox for almost 2 years d but he often email me and ask how am I doing and Is everything fine:) I am glad that I met him in Xerox!

First day return to work

Today is my first day return to work...

And I was late to work cause didn't sleep well yesterday night...

Haha... this is all about my job... I am really appreciating what I am having now... sometime I really feel that I am too lucky until I am scared of one day god is going to take back whatever he/she has given to me...

2 years ago, I applied only 3 companies for my placement and I got 2 interview and both of them offer me the position. I would not claim the reason for this as I am good or talented...Because, that time my English is really poor and the interview was not as good as what I expected...

Then recently I been thinking of find another part time job as I am really short of $$ plus I am really free and the most important is... my BB is not with me now so I am bored... 2 months ago I did ask my manager(Warren) whether he want a full time worker or not as I am interested... then he said he is happy with the hours that I am working now... so... today, lunch time I called Greggs cause I am very interested in working in Greggs cause I love baking plus... and when I was young... my dream is to become a cashier... hahaha... and so far I haven got the chance of being a cashier...but, Greggs did not pick up my phone... then when I back to office...I thought of maybe I should ask my manager permission first before I work with another employer because accounting firm very sensative on this issue... then... find the most suitable time to talk to him and before that I have made a nice clear sentences and reason for working extra... bla bla bla.... DIM ZHI!!!!! OMG OMG OMG!!!!! He said that he doesn't know I actually can work so many hours if not he would have ask me to work for more!!!!!! That's mean.... next week on I am his full time worker already... I will be working every weekday lu... which mean... I will have more $$$.... which also mean... I will have to pay much much much more tax compare to last time... and also mean... I will have less time for my BB already...

Oh... about tax... haih... I calculated... if I work as a full time... I will need to pay more than a thousand per year for tax... wah... mean... I work for 12 months and I will only get 11months pay and the rest will go the the goverment... so many meh... me myself also not enough already... somemore has to pay for the council tax cause I am no longer as a student...

Luckily the personal allowances has gone up for year 2009/10 :)

Hmm... so from next week on, I will be working every weekday oredy... :( :( :( got more ££ but less leisure time... what to do? Need ££ to go travel, to shopping, to eat nandos, to order delivery, to pay rent, to buy sovenier, to party, to..... BE HAPPY:)
